• Information you submit through the Request PDA, port enquiry and contact forms: your name, company, email address, telephone and WhatsApp numbers, vessel and port call details, and any documents you attach.
• Technical data generated when a form is submitted: IP address, browser type and submission time, used for security and rate limiting.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a preliminary disbursement account, coordinate the vessel call you have described, and keep a record of our correspondence. Submissions are stored in our secure administration system and forwarded to our sales and operations mailboxes.

Sharing

We share your data only with the service providers needed to deliver our service (email delivery, web hosting) and, where a vessel call proceeds, with port authorities, terminals and vendors as required for that call. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet our commercial and legal record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to sales@gagship.com.
